Important: Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) is a Medicaid program in Virginia that helps individuals receive care at home or in their community instead of in institutional settings.
Who Qualifies for MLTSS?
Trust in our professional qualifications and commitment to excellence
You must be Medicaid-eligible
You must undergo a clinical screening to determine if you meet the nursing home level of care
Contact your local Department of Social Services or a Medicaid Managed Care plan like Aetna Better Health of Virginia
